Shipping And Handling We offer a free of charge delivery service to all UK mainland destinations (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm). However, if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods on the specified delivery date there will be an additional charge to cover re-delivery. Back Orders Stock Availability:
All orders are subject to availability and we can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last.

No items will be placed on back order unless agreed first.

Products MUST be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. No claims for visible damage will be accepted after item has been signed for.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the correct number of goods delivered
Any visible damage should be identified to the delivery personnel and noted on their delivery note at the time of refusal.
In most cases any damage issues will be resolved by our Customer Services team at the point of delivery.
Do not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Failure to comply with this instruction will deem that you have accepted the goods and you we will be unable to return or replace them because they are incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All items have delivery included once the product is returned delivery price shall be deducted.
Free gifts:
Free gifts are subject to availability, No substitutes on free gift or reduction. Free gifts are available to domesitic cusomers only.
Faulty Items:
All products are covered by a 12 month minimum manufacturer guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to manufacturer conditions. The details of the guarantee will be delivered with your product
With the first 28 days we will arrange a swap out . We will email you the fault form which must be filled out and sent back to us. We will then arrange to up lift the product and replace with the new item.
After 28 days please contact the manufacturer. If the product is un able to be fixed they will issue you with a letter of credit. This must be returned to us in order to replace the item.
In the case that the manufacturers advise that the product should be returned to AV Addicts the carriage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Once accepted and signed for the goods then become the responsibility of AV addicts
All customers must be in possession of their invoice with out fail.
Customers must ensure that they are able to receive digital prior to purchasing a digital item.
All items must be returned in orignal packaging. Goods will not be couriered by AV Addicts if you do have the orginal packaging. This applies to all orders without exception.
Extended Warranty
Please be advised that if you purchase equipment from us your name and address will be supplied to the Domestic & General Group of Companies for use by us and Domestic & General for repair protection plan administration and other marketing purposes.
