Shipping & Handling All our delivery charges at AV Addicts Ltd are free unless otherwise stated. Free delivery is to all UK mainlands except (Scotland Highlands).
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER TO CHANNEL ISLANDS, IRELAND OR NORTHERN IRELAND.
All small items are usually delivered between 9am and 6pm and the customer will receive a tracking number, If however the customer is not present the courier will leave a calling card where the customer can have the item re- delivered one more time at no extra cost, The customer must call the courier company within 48 hours of receiving the card. If the item is returned to us then small items will incur a £25 redelivery cost.
Large Item Deliveries We don’t just turn up at your door without notice. Our dedicated delivery depart will call the customer one day prior to the delivery and give an estimated time slot also the driver will call one hour before delivering. If however the customer is not present then the product will return to base and the customer will incur an additional delivery charge. If for any unseen circumstances we are unable to deliver for reason such as vehicle breakdown AV Addicts will not be liable for any losses for taking time off work. However our dedicted delivery department will contact the customer via telephone and update the customer.
Our delivery drivers are contracted to deliver to groundfloor only. This is due to the fact that the delivery drivers are not insured to deliver above ground floor. If you wish the delivery to be taken to other floors you can ask the driver. This will be at the drivers discretion. AV Addicts and there drivers will not be responsible for any damages caused to your property at the time of delivery.
Will only deliver to the card holders address unless otherwise agreed by the sales manager. All customers must have one photographic ID and there credit or debit card present at time of delivery. This is to minimise credit card fraud.
Value Added Tax All our product includes VAT at the rate of 17.5%.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All product sold by AV Addicts are covered by a minimum 12 months manufactures warranty.
Privacy Policy Your detail is safe with us. Under no circumstance to we disclose the customer’s info to third parties with the exception of Domestic and General Services Ltd. This is for warranty purposes only.

Distance Selling Regulations state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery for any reason.
We insist that all customers inspect the product, quantity and any damages at the time of delivery before signing the Proof of delivery. No claims for damage will be accepted once you sign for the goods. All damages should be identified at the time of delivery. If however the goods are damages just simply refuse the delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Should the goods be delivered and you wish to cancel and return the goods. AV Addicts will not pay return postage or shipping costs. Funds will be refunded in 30 days.
Free Gifts All free gifts are subject to availability, no substitutes will be honoured for free promotions. Free gifts are available to domestic consumers only.
Faulty Products All products sold by AV Addicts are covered with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers bad workmanship, Parts and labor and is subject to manufacturer conditions.
If however the product goes faulty don’t worry. Simply email customer.support@av-addicts.com stating your order number and a brief description of the fault and our dedicated customer support team will contact you to arrange a replacement. The customer support team will arrange a collection where once received the product will be inspected to confirm the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed a replacement product will be arranged. Don’t worry this isn’t a lengthy process we will have this issue resolved within 7 days. If however the product comes back faultless the customer will incur a collection and a re-delivery charge.
Extended Warranty Please be advised that if you purchase equipment from us your name and address will be supplied to the Domestic & General Group of Companies for use by us and Domestic & General for repair protection plan administration and other marketing purposes.
