How do i make a purchase? Shopping with AV Addicts couldn't get easier. The process is very simple by following the following steps.

 

 

 

1) Select the product you are looking for and then add to basket by pressing the add to cart button under the price.

 

 

 

2) Click on the checkout button once you have added the product to the basket.

 

 

 

3) Register your detail in the form

 

 

 

4) Once you have completed your details click on the payment icon

 

 

 

5) Enter your card details in our 100% secure payment service provider (Rest assure as long as there is a padlock in there browser your details are secure, on our site the padlock is in the payment detail page)

 

 

 

6) You will be then redirected to our site where you order and payment status will be displayed.

 

 

 

7) After filling in the review form you will emailed you order details.

 

 

 

Its as easy as that.

 

 

 

When can I expect delivery?  All small items e.g., DVD Players, Camcorders and Digital Cameras are delivered within 48hrs from date of purchase. All large item like LCD TV's, Plasma TV's and appliances are delivered within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email, also with large items our dedicated delivery department will call you one day prior to your delivery giving you an estimated time slot so you don’t have to sit in all day.

 

 

 

All deliveries to the following areas are delivered on the weekends, south coast and Scotland.

 

 

 

What happens if my product goes faulty? This is a common question that majority of customers out there ask. Within the first 14 days if the product goes faulty we will collect the product at no cost to the customer. inspect the product and then send a replacement product our.

 

 

 

After the first 14 days all you do is contact the manufacture and they will forward you to an authorised repair centre within your area. Just contact them and they will take care of the fault for you. (Please see useful contacts for manufacture contact details.

 

 

 

What if I miss my delivery? Don’t worry with all small item if you miss your delivery you wont be recharged delivery. The courier company will leave a calling card all you do is contact them and they will redeliver at a day convenient to you.
